Which are the sites involved. Stop using clob-m cream. If it is extensive you may require oral treatment, which can be given only after examination. If localized then topical treatment will suffice. Zoderm-E cream is a topical antifungal cream, which can be started after confirmation of diagnosis. Show to a nearby dermatologist who will diagnose and prescribe treatment. Antifungal treatment to be continued for two weeks after symptom clearance to prevent recurrence.

Dear Lybrate user
Ringworm or Tinea has become a problem of epidemic proportions due to improper use of topical steroids for its treatment. You need to show a dermatologist as you need to be started on oral antifungal tablets in adequate doses for 2 to 3 months for complete cure. Till then use onabet cream twice daily.
