Mdi budamate 400 is necessary to be taken everyday
morning two puffs and night two puffs followed by gargles.
One cannot skip even one or two days without mdi which may lead to breathlessness.

Symbicort/ inhalation steroids causing cushings is less known side effect. Unless if it is used with other liver enzyme inhibitors that itself is not common.
