Diamox kind of medicine should not be used without advise of a senior ophthalmologist. It reduces fluid in eye. Pressure of fluid in eye should not be much or low beyond limits. So pl do not be careless and ask ophthalmologist by getting latest check. During acute mountain sickness also it should be used as suggested by your ophthalmologist or the one at base camp etc.

What you explained is called an acute exacerbation or attack,
you can said undercontrol, if you don't have symptoms for the 2 to 3 years.
So you need to be evaluated for the reason of attack and treatment to be continued, and remember precautions are the first steps for control of disease.

Hello, as per latest guidelines the dose for budesonide recommended for covid 19 is 800 mcg twice a day. If you have 100 mcg capsule, then its difficult to take 8 capsules at a time. Kindly arrange by requesting your pharmacist or re-visit your treating physician for alrternatives. Take care.
