I have been married for 2 years now. We have problem during intercourse. Whenever he try to insert the finger I got anxious and fear of having pain because of that we are not able to intimate. Additionally, we have tried anal sex and I am able to do that but facing problem in vaginal sex. Please provide some suggestion as it is impacting my married life.

Hello, you might be suffering from vaginal spasm/vaginismus. It makes vaginal impossible to insert anything. Its a physical issue and is completely curable.

I had ivf egg pick up on dec 13, 2023. I got my period on dec 17th. The ultrasound scan done on jan 13 showed corpus luteum and 2 cysts on right ovary. My left ovary was removed due to torsion in 2008. In order to plan for frozen embryo transfer the Dr. has put me on sysron-n 5 mg (2 tablets per day) from jan 13. When ultrasound scan was done on jan 22 it showed one cyst of 13 mm. Dr. has asked to continue sysron-n for 5 more days. Ultrasound scan done on jan 27 showed cyst of 14 mm. Dr. has asked to continue sysron-n for 10 more days. Ultrasound scan done on feb 6th showed the cyst size as 16 mm. What is causing the size of the cyst to increase instead of decreasing when sysron-n is being used? I was asked to stop sysron-n from feb 6th. Will the cyst dissolve during mensuration or will it further increase in size?

No, the scenario you described would not result in pregnancy. Sperm must be in a liquid medium to survive and be able to fertilize an egg. Once semen dries, the sperm cells die and become non-viable.

Pregnancy can occur only one day of the cycle that is ovulation day so unprotected sex around that day only important. As only one day in month nature should be given 12-24 trials (12 to 24 months) before couple need any active management by gynecologist or infertility specialist.

Hello-
tri dot are screening tests for the qualitative detection of hiv & hcv antibodies, respectively, in human serum and plasma. So yes, your test reports are conclusive for hiv, but you should test for other std's also.

lybrate-useryou should try alternate days from day 10 to day 20 if your menses are regular cycle of 28-30 days. If not able to conceive in 6 more months, pls do a tvs usg, semen parameters and tube test. Be under supervision. All the best.

Ovum usually live for 24 hours only.
So according to science ,no chances of pregnancy.
