You are quite young at 33 years of age having two cva with high blood pressure is very much worrysome. You have to be very careful in this regard. Apart from controlling your blood pressure ,you have to have a good lifestyle management .in my opinion apart from regular blood pressure check, blood f cholesterols, blood sugar ,you have to have a work up for any sort of cerebral vasculitis, any vascular malformations like aneurysm etc.

If necessary measures are taken within the first hours of the symptoms, damage to the brain cells can be reduced. There are no permanent solutions. You can increase the salt in his diet a little more and continue with salt capsules. As long as he has no problems such as dizziness or vomitting, it should be fine. Ors can also given once a day. If you found my answer helpful, please leave a like. Thank you.
