Hi, I spend too much time lonely, too much time reading news articles, watching videos online which has no use. I do not talk at all with people, Its been 2 years I have moved to new place and have no local contacts at all. I do not talk at all with people in office, Does not feel to talk or socially engage with anyone. I spend my weekends holidays just sitting at home and watching TV and internet videos. Do not feel like going out even for buying food, grocery etc. Maybe I have got Asperger syndrome. Can anyone help me overcome this situation?

I am a 28 years old woman. I have fatty liver and hypothyroidism and also uric acid. I have low blood sugar levels and I remain in bed all the time. I am under treatment but there is no improvement. Can you suggest me something that can help me heal. I may have asperger's syndrome and sensitive skin. I have fever like temperature even in a cold room. To cool off I had to pour cold water. There are so many problems going on, plus I have to take anti psychotic medicine and anti depression medicine. I have ear infection and bacterial infection all over my body. I live in unclean conditions because I cannot clean everyday my home and my mother cannot do everything since she is more than 54 years old. I long for companionship but I don't feel secure around men. I feel they will hurt me. I fear I always be alone because of my illnesses. What should I do?

For last 1 year he is also on medication for high bp and also experiencing constipation .since last 1 week his constipation has become severe bp is rising and most importantly he is going through memory lost and also not responding much to conversations. I think your daughter may be treated for Bipolar 1. I suggest you take her immediately to a counselor and treat her with talk therapy too. In her later adolescence, there are likely to be some unresolved issues that may go as far as prenatal influences. It comes up at this time seeking a resolution. I am 43 years old unmarried woman. I am 78 kgs and 5' 2 inches. I am diagnosed with bipolar disorder. I feel anxiety. Mujhe dar lagta rehta hai. Mujhe ghabrahat hoti rehti hai. Mera mood off rehta hai. Mera kaam karne ka mann nahin karta. I feel no motivation to do any work. I am taking divaa - 500 mg two times daily, sizodon ls one time at night and ativan 2 mg daily one time at night. I am taking etilaam 0.5 for ghabrahat. Mujhe yeh medicines lena ke baad bhi motivated feel nahin ho raha. Is this treatment right?

Discuss your symptoms with your treating psychiatrist and get the medications revised if they do not help even after taking for a month or so. Many times it is difficult for the psychiatrist to get all the symptoms under control in one go, so give him/ her time and for most the symptoms subside over a period of time. Even after say 3-6 months you still feel unsatisfied, get a second opinion. Good luck.

He is better now but he not expressive while talking and talks irrelevant.
