get his ascitic fluid tapped and send for culture and accordingly antibiotics will be modified. Till then a broad spectrum antibiotic in dose according to kidney reports. please do consult a nearby gastro or hepatologist for this. If he recovers (we pray for that), you may bring him to us for further care.

Hi, by regular physiotherapy frozen shoulder can be treated.
Need to identify the tight muscle and to be stretched meanwhile also need to strengthen the weakend muscles around the shoulder complex.
Manual therapy treatment need to be administered appropriately. Tapping also need to be done.
Posture correction to be done if noted.
