Hey sir/ma'am, my elder brother got his eye (retina) damaged about 23-24 years ago. That time cure was not available for this damage and he is completely unable to see with that eye, now my question is that is it possible to transplant new retina? Or is there any way so that he can see with that eye again. Please let me know this. We are from haryana, if there is any hope then we will come there, first tell me what I asked please. Retina transplant is possible or not in today?

Hi! I am 59 years old female. In 2013 I had left eye surgery because my eye retina was damaged. Since that day, my eyesight is blurred and I feel some sort of starry things in my eyes. I am mostly sleepless, fatigued, and feeling weak. My blood pressure fluctuates and I couldn't stand for long. I've no pain issues in the back or anywhere else.
