Hi shubham
It depends on the type of the medicine to be injected in muscles, veins or arteries. Depeninding on the medicine to inject they decide the place to inject. If it is a musculoskeleton injection then it is injected in the hips or upper arm. Similrly if it is venous or arterial injection it is injected in the hand as the veins or arteries are easily found there.

An inferior myocardial infarction results from occlusion of the right coronary artery (rca). This can cause a st elevation myocardial infarction or a non-st segment elevation myocardial infarction. The mechanism is usually plaque rupture causing thrombus, however plaque erosion or progressive hemodynamic stenosis can contribute as well. You may need to discuss it in detail to get further consultation.
