Hi, I will not advice using itch guard cream for puppp. Its irrelevant, itchguard is an anti fungal.

Hello doctor, I am facing itchy and bumpy back with small pimples. This issue raised after I shaved some area of back with razor. It causes high itching and bumpyness on back. My family doctor consulted me with terbinafine tablet & creme and keto powder, but this helped me to reduce itching for a small period but it started again after some time. My son is 19 years old. Doctor has prescribed augmentin 625 twice 5 days for boil in his back. When he took first dose, itching has started after 2 hours. He informed the doctor. Doctor told him to stop the medicine and started relent tablet for allergy. He took it 4 days. After stopping the medicine, itching and hiveshas started again .now doctor has suggested relent once a day, cefixime200 twice a day and pan 40 once a days. Please doctor help me to know that is this a suitable medicine for him. Thanks.

My 6 year old daughter is suffering from wheezing and cough. On and off since last 2 years. She was absolutely fine during summer months and nebulization was not required but condition worsened during winters in delhi. Doctors have diagnosed it as allergic bronchitis. She is been given budesal 0.5 and salbair 0.31 and 5 ml montair syrup her conditions improves a lot after nebulization. Now the doctor has advised to give budecort inhaler 2 puffs twice a day and she is taking it. Her allergy panel test is done and ige was 10. She has been advised to stay from dust, moulds, cold food and air. Pls advise if the paediatrician has given the right treatment? Are the inhalers safe without any side effects. Will the child get dependent on inhalers? Can steroids slow the growth (height/weight)? For how long are the inhalers required? Any food restrictions like junk food?
