Hi,
try to understand the problem is constipation which causes cracks or cut called as fissure. What ever medicine you take are for your acute problems like pain, bleeding.if your having repeated episodes of these I will advice you to get examine by a surgeon and for a permanent solution its a small surgery which can be done in day care but its advised only in acute condition.
