The medications u r taking is enough. No need for too many medications . Only thing is rest and some sort of splint might be helpful . Like Futura splint .

If u r injury is severe , needs an x ray to make sure , u don’t have fracture . If u have any simple fracture , takes 6-8 weeks to get better. That does explain the situation.

Rest for some days until you feel better. Then start your exercises when you feel fresh and also keep in mind to not add weights for sometime. You can add it later in few days or maybe weeks. Main thing to keep in mind is not underestimate the resting periods and warmup exercises. Because if done incorrectly even a simple biceps curl can cause tendonitis.
If you pain persists for more 2-3 days even after resting consult again.

Frequent causes of underarm pain include muscle strains, pinched nerves, and minor injuries. Underarm pain may also result from a viral infection, an infection of the soft tissues of the underarm itself, or an inflammatory condition. In rare cases, underarm pain may also be linked to a growth, such as a cyst or tumor.
