For all surgery we need pre -operative and post operative physiotherapy which means before surgery we have to prepare and strengthen the muscles which would be split while surgery and post operatively we have to do some chest physio and isometric core strengthening exercise. If she already have a appendicitis than there is a chance that next time if recurrent appendicitis occure it burst
so advise to you go for laproscopic or open surgery for that.
