Pl adopt good diet and meditation (ahar, vihar etc according to ayurvedic philosophy). Some combos of pure herbs will give you confidence and sharpen the memory. I strongly advise you to discuss it with your doctor. Only the doctor who prescribed you medicines is at better judgement of dosage of change of medicines and never ever stop medicines without consulting your doctor.
Depression also needs psychotherapy along with medicines for complete cure. I advise you to consult a therapist for counseling.

Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). Hi please consult a therapist and doctor, who can find out if you have other issues or symptoms also for insomnia. Before sleep meditate for 5-10 min, take a walk and use your bed only to sleep not for watching tv, mobile etc. Try to calm yourself, try to have thought free mind. All these you will have practice slowly and it will work.
