Yes. You seems to be under stress. Try to relax --exercise. Exercise is one of the most important things you can do to combat stress. Take a few minutes to breathe in and out in slow, deep breaths.
Reduce your caffeine intake. Write it down. Chew gum. Spend time with friends and family.

You mention that you wife's condition is schizophrenia and that she is on medications that are anti-anxiety anti-depressants in nature. I also am not sure if your mentioning lamitor od 200 in the medication list is even possible. However, we need more information as to why a troponin t test was done and if it was due to chest pain and a repeat troponin t test is elevated as well, you need to immediately consult a emergency physician and your psychiatrist.
