When you stop suddenly, you may get withdrawal symptoms like restlessness, irritability, lack of concentration, increased hunger, sleep disturbance, headache, impatience, anxiety, depression, etc. If you have them please don’t get back to smoking, take nicotine gum or lozenge or patch. Smoking even one cigarette is hazardous for the heart. Five is bad and chain smoking is worst. Smoke not only contain tar but about 100 chemicals and most of them are bad. Heart attack with instant death is the most dreaded impact. Quit it completely and instantly. Start chewing gum and cardamom whenever you get a feeling of smoking.
