Detailed assessment is needed. Like the reason behind smoking, number of cigarettes and comorbid medical condition. Next you should be assessed for withdrawal from smoking and for reducing further craving. Thre are medications to reduce nicotine craving too. If you consult a psychiatrist they will be able to help you. All the best.

Hello sir, Before I describe the issue, I would like to give you some background of my life style. I am a software engineer by profession, eats almost every eatable stuff (veg as well as non veg), oftenly hits gym (not regularly), doesn't smoke (quitted some 15-20 months back), strictly non alcoholic. Though I am mostly feel emotion anxiety and distress, oftenly get upset by close one's action or behavior. Also I am a patient with Haemophilia B. Now coming to my medical observation, I feel that erection health is not completely strong. I am saying on the basis of my analysis in my last sexual act. Though I was able to do thing and they were only up to average level. I feel my spouse did not enjoy completely. Could this be a case of Premature ejaculation? If yes then please suggest what needs to be done to rectify the issue. We are a newly married couple and don't wish to have a spoiled sex life. Thanks in advance.

Premature ejaculation is uncontrolled ejaculation either before or shortly after sexual penetration. It happens with minimal sexual stimulation and before the person wishes. It may result in unsatisfactory sex for both partners.
Most cases of PE are not related to any disease and are instead due to psychological factors, including:
Sexual inexperience.
Novelty of a relationship.
Overexcitement or too much stimulation.
Relationship stress.
Anxiety.
Guilty feelings.
