Anxiety Attacks Health Feed

Is there any exercise or food for controlling anxiety and panic disorder. Are english medicines for anxiety and panic attack safe. I am taking etizolam .25 two times a day. And sertima 50. When ever I travel alone or want to go far away places I feel scared. My body becomes weak and I feel there is no energy inside me and I will fall and die. I took english medicines since last year till june 2019. Still problem in not solving. Can anyone help me. Life is like hell. I am not able to do anything because of that. No travelling.

Dear lybrate-user, after studying your brief previous history, I suggest you to visit a clinical psychologist. In the mean time, focus on few lifestyle changes. For eg. Not remaining awake, for late nights along with your phone ,laptop or tv. Taking regular brisk walks in the morning and evening would help. You could do 5 mins of alternate breathing exercise (anulom- vilom ). Eat more fruits. And do your professional work happily with 100% involvement. Develop a positive minded social circle. Hi I am 31 years old girl from delhi. From past 15 years was suffering from very frequent panic attack, in dreams also I see my head spinning and when woke up I get panic attack. What is panic disorder?
