Dear Sunil,
Such comparative studies will come out in future. At present, rtms will take time and many sessions to show response whereas iv ketamine will show immediate response to severe depression with suicidal risk.

Ketamine is an option for treatment resistant depression but it needs a special setting. And there are other options too. Ketamine therapy has short lasting effect in depression so try for other modalities. You can consult me or any psychiatrist.

You will need to take therapy from a psychologist while you’re taking medicines. That would help your symptoms and later when you feel better you can even taper down your medicines. But you’ll need to be consistent in your treatment. Thank you.

Writing down your thoughts - in addition to meditation try to write down your thoughts multiple times a day. It is likely that your anxiety comes from the narrative you have with yourself throughout the day.
