Do you had any episode of hard stools. It could be anal fissure. Avoid non veg, drink lots of water tender coconut. Increase fibre content of your diet. Make sure you don't pass hard stools. You can use 2% lignocaine jelly before and after passing motion.

Yes if its one year please do a mri of anal region and share report than can help you ahead
as it is chronic one it may be fistula which may be infected but have to confirm with mri.

It can be sentinel pile if you had pain previously there. Could be sign of healed fissure. If it's not bothering you now and has no discharge, you should not worry much.

Often the tear is visible. Usually this exam is all that's needed to diagnose an anal fissure. An acute anal fissure looks like a fresh tear, somewhat like a paper cut. A chronic anal fissure likely has a deeper tear, and may have internal or external fleshy growths.
