For a week I am facing pain in my anal hole. When I toughed & feel it there is a lump coming out of the hole when I pushed it inside with a thumb it remains inside the hole but then few hours later its comes out again. After view days I used tissue to wipe anal hole there was a blood on it which scared me but its not bleeding now nor it pains but the lump is outside & seems itchy too. What is the reason of it as I never faced such situation in my life.

The itch in or around the anus is often intense and can be embarrassing and uncomfortable. Anal itching, also called pruritus ani (proo-rie-tus a-nie), has several possible causes. I am a girl ,age 29. There is anal skin tag near anus toward vagina. It is existing/present from three months. Sometimes when I get constipation it is swollen painful and sometimes blood pass out while passing out stool. Moreover I feel that gradually its size is increasing. Now a days ,it is painless just lumpy type. Kindly suggest home remedy to remove or shrink it out. I am worried and sometimes feel irritation. Can I tie with dental floss?
