I would suggest you to follow a moderate protein diet, avoid animal proteins specially and can go for plant proteins once a day and calcium like- milk, mushrooms, paneer etc can be taken once a day. With this avoid foods rich in saturated fats, high salt foods, canned foods, carbonated beverages, fried foods. 1. One should check for Blood Pressure, neck movements, and look for pallor and murmur and check for cochlear symptoms (deafness/tinnitus) & vestibular symptoms (vertigo & dizziness)

Fever with pain at this stage is not a good sign. please get itself examined and get tests (lab tests) done as it obstetrician would suggest.
