Dear Soni,
It is essential to know what type of cancer you were suffering from and what treatment you received. By that we can know what are the chances of recurrence. It is a good news that you are cured from this trouble and are on prophylaxis by antioxidants.

Wash twice a day and after sweating. Perspiration, especially when wearing a hat or helmet, can make acne worse, so wash your skin as soon as possible after sweating. Use your fingertips to apply a gentle, non-abrasive cleanser. Using a washcloth, mesh sponge or anything else can irritate the skin.

Feel free to contact me directly via this platform and I shall try my best to prov...more

Yes, lukoplakia can be removed surgically. But, lukoplakia is a precancerous condition & despite stopping tobacco use & multivitamins, you will always have slightly high risk of developing oral cancer As such there is no timeline for lukoplakia to disappear. But keep using multivitamins, I'll advocate tab zincovit as multivitamin of choice for you
Good luck.
