The best way is to abstain from smoking, and then engage in pranayam, yoga and meditation. Also you should drink atlas 4-5 lit of water daily to keep yourself well hydrated.

Dear user. I can understand. Tobacco is addictive. Cigarette also contains 4000+ carcinogenic chemicals other than nicotine. Smoking can affect your mouth, throat, lungs, heart, stomach and brain in many ways. Cancer is one among the potential diseases smoking can cause. The best method is to leave it and continue with your will power. There are other methods like Nicotine Replacement therapy and pharmacotherapy combined. if you are a smoker give up smoking

1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning.
2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A, C, D, E and Zinc
3) Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday.
4) Avoid alcohol and smoking.
