Dear lybrate-user,
You do not need to start any anti aging treatment right now, However you can start taking care of your skin at home by regular cleansing toning and moisturizing. Wash your face daily before going to sleep and use a good night cream. Most important is to start using a good sun screen of SPF 30 and apply it every day before leaving the house.
Regards.

In some cases, an amount of blood will remain in the uterus after the period has ended. When this happens, the uterus contracts to remove the extra blood. These contractions can cause cramping and may also result in brown or black spotting as the old blood is pushed out.

You may start missing periods as you approach the menopause. This is because oestrogen levels start to decrease, and ovulation becomes less regular. After the menopause, your periods stop completely.
Unprotected sex may lead to pregnancy also.

It looks like you are anaemic. And also you have to check with your vitamin and calcium, if the bones are weak then automatically the pain gets triggered more as there is less energy during any metabolic activity.
Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having back / leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain.

If you have a lot of hair on your chin or experience increased hair growth suddenly, it could be a sign of a hormonal imbalance. Excess body hair in unusual places or chin hair that's accompanied by other symptoms should prompt a visit to your doctor to find the cause.

Hi dear, you can use it for a year or two, no harm. Just get basic blood tests done and a sono-mammography. All should be normal. Further there are now excellent non contraceptive hormone replacement medicines available. You can try.
