Menopause cannot be checked by taking meprate or ocp's .if you continue taking ocp's then you can continue having withdrawal bleeding.
If you've had your menopause then instead of taking ocp's it's better to take hormone replacement therapy. Prior to taking hormonal replacement therapy you have to undergo some tests.

All these symptoms suggest a probable premature menopause. You can confirm it by doing Serum FSH on day 3 of next menses. Eat a healthy diet, proper exercise and get good sleep

Hi! post menopausal bleeding is defenitily a concern. It wil be easier to guide if you can share your scan reports and biopsy reports. As your biopsy is normal you need not worry much. Sometimes morena insertion can cause bleeding, you can wait for a wk n see how your mom is responding to d prescribed regesterone. Hope she recovers soon.
