No need to worry, there is not a big problem. I advise you to do meditation for mental strength by doing slow and deep breathing relaxation exercises in the morning. Take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take lots of water and fluids. Avoid garlic and red chilly and non veg and eggs.

Till 5 months placenta can migrate upwards. Placenta reaching but not covering internal os. Such cases r lesser severe but placenta can shift upwards.In conditions like covering os it will not be possible to deliver normally. Urs is lesser severe and lesser chances of bleeding.

It's yoo early pregnancy as it grows placenta also moves upwards and even if it doesn't as long as both mother and foetus are normal it can be managed just stay under the regular guidance of your gynaecologist.

Anterior placenta refers to the location of the placenta within your uterus.
Grade 0 is the normal growth level of the placenta until about middle of 2nd trimester.

It me a s that the placenta is on the front side of the uterus and is in the lower part of the uterus in line with the baby's head. There must be a mention of how far is it from the os.
