Yes it is definitely possible to have a normal delivery as placenta is not there below the head or not covering the internal os or lower segment.

It is considered as anterior if the baby is facing you back. This is a better position than any other for babies because it allows them to move easily through your pelvis. Placenta of Grade 2 maturity is a good news actually because it means you will have a normal delivery. Fundal height is the size of your tummy using a tape measure to check if you are meting the right measurement with the age of your baby before the gestation. Though it`s a good thing you still have to be careful because bleed...more

Placenta in anterior location is normal. It has nothing to do with mode of delivery ie normal or c section. Grading is suggestive of maturity of placenta to that particular weeks of pregnancy. In your case this grading is normal.

Low-lying need not be dangerous in all cases. Depends on the distance of the placenta from the os. If it is less then 50%then the risk is more. So check it out on scan and take a proper decision. May be your gynaecologist knows what is best for you.

Only form this report, you can. But what about rest of the findings only your examining obstetrician can say.
Remember two facts 1) Travelling does not cause any problem 2) Sudden problem can occur to anyone in her bed or during travelling. So only difference is if you are at home you can reach to doctor faster and if sudden problem occurs during travelling it takes time for you to reach doctor.

Technically considered lower than usual but practically in most of the cases nothing happens.
Only precaution is to avoid deep intercourse.

Low lying placenta is a high risk pregnancy. U must take care of that. If its early pregnancy, it will go up with the increasing size of uterus later on and becomes a part of upper segment. But placenta previa enclosing the os is a severe complication

Low lying placenta is seen in many women. In almost 97%, it moves up as pregnancy progresses. If you have spotting, avoid sex, and strenuous activities. Otherwise, nothing to worry.
You'll have a repeat scan in 5 months and 8 months. And invariably it moves up. Do not worry now.

There is no remedy to do anything in pregnancy.
You must report to your obstetrician anytime you get bleeding.
Rest will be looked after by obstetrician.
