Dear Namera you will require active fertility management . In case there were adhesions in the pelvis in scopy with tubal and ovarian involvement it is advisable to go for IVF in view of your age , and low husband's counts . Incase the scope findings are suggestive of disease free pelvis , and sperm counts after wash are above atleast 7 M , you can go for IUI treatment for a couple of cycles .

Mam, srry to say, your hydroalpinx, is causing infertility, let me tell you bit clear IVF. Is the way you get conception, but untreated hydrosalpinx have lower conception rates than controls and it has been speculated that the tubal fluid that enters the endometrial cavity alters the local environment or affects the embryo in a detrimental way. Thus, many specialists advocate that prior to an IVF attempt, the hydrosalpinx should be removed. Lower abdominal pain, may be PID.

Laparoscopy is just a diagnostic procedure unless yu opt for surgical removal of the cyst which is only a temporary solution. Endometrial cysts are similar to follicular cysts, only difference is they are filled with blood like fluid due to presence of endometrium like cells in the cyst. Which also means that just as hormones are the reason for PCOS, it is for endometrial cysts. You can read my previous posts on PCOS for better understanding.
So while you can do laparoscopy as diagnostic, it...more

Hi,this is called unexplained infertility when everything is normal and still not getting pregnant. The fertilising potential of egg and the sperm cannot be assessed by any means unless you get pregnant. In this situation ovulation induction with medicine to bring out your still more healthy eggs and IUI for few cycles will increase your chances of pregnancy. But get it done with a good doctor with fertility knowledge.

Hi lybrate-user, it would be better if you share images of ultrasound and laparocsopy. If evetything is normal you need to plan for baby with ovulation induction first with follicular study. Wish you good luck.
