No medicine will ever increas your appetite, its short term remedy. Pls try to have a healthy diet by adding varieties into it making it more appealing to eat, try to take cumin seeds water early morning by adding a little honey into it then after 1 hour have your breakfast.

Increased urination at night is suggestive of uncontrolled diabetes. Due to high blood glucose there is more glucose excreted in urine. This leads to excess urine passage due to osmotic diuresis. Only remedy is to achieve a strict glucose control. Since there is no mention of fasting, PP glucose levels and HbA1c%, there is no idea how well diabetes is controlled. Thanks.
