In this kind of cases Physiotherapy is good treatment. You need to do following. 1. Do isometric neck exercise, Shoulder exercise. T
2. Do Hot pack application on pain area that will reduce pain and allow you to do exercise.
3. For fingers In Physiotherapy clinic take Wax bath for 8 days.

Hi Lybrate user. Higher crp indicate chronic inflammatory disorder, rehumatoid arthritis or heart disease. Well in yours case this is because of arthritis. You can lower down the level of crp by changing diet pattern like
low sugar intake
low salt intake
avoid fast food
alcohol
avoid smoking etc
vitamin c intake very helpful to make promise to lower down the level of crp in your blood.

The drug transfers into breast milk in small amounts but is not likely absorbed by the infant. Most experts state that adalimumab is likely compatible with breastfeeding.
