Hello doctor I am a bodybuilder having regular intake of animal protein. But doctor consuming much protein at a once causes constipation. Can you suggest me some medicines while will prevent constipation while having protein rich foods. I will be thankful doctor if you answer my question.

It is important to take a healthy balanced diet. Along with protein it is important to take vegetables, fruits and other high fiber food items to avoid constipation. Take alteast 10-15 glasses of water daily. If it still persists you can take homoeopathic medicine Nux Vomica 200- 6 pills at night.

Of course you can and it’s easy to do so. Here in Canada I can walk into a farm supply shop and buy a vial of penicillin for animal use without any problem. All I have to do is sign for it!

Hye thanks for the query. Vitamin b-12 is mostly available only in animal foods: meat, fish, poultry, eggs, and dairy products. You can also get this important nutrient in some nutritional yeasts, as well as from fortified cereals and soy milk. Vegans need to take a vitamin-b supplement daily. You can add fermented foods like idli or dosa or sprouts to improve vitamin b12 in your diet too. Dairy like curd or buttermilk are helpful in improving the gut bacteria as they help too.

Hello, The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. Please don't have any unnecessary misconceptions. A man will be able to produce semen throughout his life period and whatever masturbation you do, semen will be produced. Masturbation is normal, natural and never unhealthy. Hi take more cereals like plain rice, khicdi, porridge, dalia, banana, animal & dairy protien. Dry fruits like nuts, almonds, some home made fried rice, south india foods etc. Sleep min 8 hrs.
