My father is having heart disease and his treatment is going in AIIMS, New Delhi. After having angiography test, doctor reported that my father is having triple vessel disease. Doctor told that 2 main blockage can be opened by inserting stent and for the other, medication is required or other then this CABG can be also done. Now the doctor wants to know my decision among this 2 option. I am confused. please suggest me what should I tell to the doctor?

Shows normal coronary arteries, myocardial bridge distal LAD. Doctor prescribed metolar xl 25, pantocid 40. Doctor says pain is not heart related. What do you suggest.

Hello sir, My father had two times heart attack recently, his age is 61. Whenever we reported our nearest cardiology hospital, Doctor carried out angiography and given final diagnosis are. CAD DOUBLE VESSEL DISEASES AOE II DIABETES melitus HYPERTENSION ANEMIA DIABETIC neuropathy NORMAL LV FUNCTION ACHD SMALL RESTRICTIVE PM VSD HYPOTHYROIDISM And given advice to PCI TO RCA, LCx His blood pressure and thyroid issue has been 20 years old and he taken medicine regularly. Recently we know about his diabetic and serum creatinine After done CAG (angiography) her blockage in RCA is 85% and LCx 65%. Doctor has given a lot of medicine including wepox 4000 units injection. Please help me out what we taken next step to overcome this problem as soon as possible.

Dear, I have gone thru your father's medical reports. Angiography shows blockages in two of his arteries, which require treatment. Otherwise there is a risk of heart attack in future. I would advise you to send your father's angiography cd to me, so I can guide you the correct treatment option.

I am from n mumbai and today my papa did angiography had shown 3 blockages in heart report will come on monday Dr. has advice him to go for angioplasty or angioplasty I wanna know is there only way to go for angioplasty or angioplasty these both are so costly can't afford it so tell me the another possible way or minimum possible cost of angioplasty where I can go if situation arises as we are not financially ready for this situation or shall I take any health insurance on urgent basis?

My father age 65 years & he is having headache since last 6 months we have shown him to an ear specialists and neurologist both said their own theory and gave treatment since last 3 months he is having chest pain and again we showed him to a cardiologist did ecg also reports are showing ventricular hypertrophy and inverted T (V1 and V4) doctor is saying to go for angiography immediately advise me what should be the treatment procedure.

T-wave inversion is associated with coronary artery disease which may result from myocardial ischemia (ie, unstable angina),I think if you are in doubt you can have a second opinion from some other cardiologist & then decide accordingly.

I am 25 year old male and diagnosed with eales disease by my doctor. It started 4 days back when I experienced floaters and hazy vision through my right eye. After consulting my doctor, he observed vitreous hemorrhage and occluded vessels. I have carried out tests suggested by him like x- ray chest P/A, MT, complete blood haemogram with ESR. All the reports are normal and I am waiting to consult him. I am still not able to make out what is the reason for the disease. As suggested by him, I will have to go through fungus fluorescin angiography of both the eyes after a week and accordingly may have to go through a surgery. I am really scared and nervous. I am not to able to work and study. Kindly guide me. I will be really grateful.

eales disease is a disease of unknown cause. the investigations done by ur doctor is absolutely fine infact few more investigations are needed but this thing let ur doctor decide. its basically a disease of exclusion and no lab test can tell us that its eales disease. angiography is required to check ur retina status and the damage extent. so dont get worried, ur doctor is going in a right direction, just follow his advice.

I am having a minor heaviness in the chest recently while walking some 100 200 mtrs, Also feel weakness. I did angiography in 2013, and there was no any blockage and taking some medicines continuously. At that time my LV EF was 40%. Now it is around 27 to 30 shown in recent echo. Should I go for another angio gram or take some alternative medicines. Please advise.

I think you are suffering is not due to blockage or secondary to heredity. Go for repeat trans esophageal echocardiography & consult a cardiologist as soon as possible. As lv ef 27 to 30% is not at all good. Take care.
