If you have symptoms of angina which has worsened than should go for angiography again otherwise continue medical therapy.

there's risk of bleeding from the major blood vessel site where catheter was inserted
regarding diet, you should have been given proper instructions
anyway don't get confused by following too rigid charts and calories

Get your ECG, blood pressure checked once, so that we can know your Heart rate and BP and the change medications. Your asprin dose can be decreased, but before that We need to know the exact angiogram report that was done. So please consult with the angio report, Ecg and BP reading.

It means you have a false positive TMT, which happens occasionally. It is good that your angiogram is normal, so continue eating healthy, do brisk walking for 40-45 mins daily and avoid smoking and drinking. And in future instead of TMT please get a stress echo done because your TMT will always come false positive.

Hu lybrate-user, Why did you have the TMT test? If your TMT is strongly positive, then you should get an angiography or some evaluation (like CT Angiography) to evaluate if you have any blockages in the arteries of the heart. It is just a test and takes only a few minutes. Thanks
