I am a 64 years male. I had heart attack on 28.07. 2015, angiography done on on 03.08. 2015 and then angioplasty on 05.08. 2015 at Escorts hospital new delhi The day I have heart attack the serum creatinine level became 1.6 mg. Atescorthospitalthe Dr. Gave me some medicines before angioplasty after angioplasty it came down to 1.2mg. On Saturday (22.08. 2015) I got checked my blood theresults are as follows: BUN-20.0Mg/dl Serum creatinine 1.7 mg/dl BUN/treat Ratio 11.76 (normal range is given 5.00 - 15.00) Uric acid - 7.5mg/dl (high) Sodium - 133 (low) Potassium - 4.7 mmol/L Please suggest the cause and treatment for high creatinine and high uric acid level.

Tmt was positive so I consult cardiologist on 8.8. 15. Angiography was done and found single vessel disease 99% blockage in LAD. Angioplasty done. PTCA+STENT (XIENCE V3.0?18mm) done on 8.8. 15. Doctor prescribed me ecosprine150 clopilet 75 bd. Cilacar 5 bd nebi 2.5 od xtor 40 od pan d and angispan tr 2.5 bd. Now I am not feeling well. Left side chest burning sensation and discomfort. Right side chest and abdomen heaviness. Right leg burning sensation. Blurred vision and depression. What I have to do please suggest me and the medicine which I am taking is correct or not.

Don't worry. Took physiotheraphy for cervical spondylosis. And avoid pillow while lyinig. Use collar for neck frequently. And take tab. Shelcall d3 one a day for a month with the advice of your cardio doc.

My father's age is 66 years. Bp and diabetic level is normal. His lipid profile is excellent but hs-crp reactive protein level is 3.38 which is very high. He has asthma issue in heredity. Now went under eco, ecg and tmt test. Eco and ecg is normal but tmt report is showing some issue. Now cardiologist suggested us to have angiography to know the exact blockage issue. Now my question is when lipid and other blood report eco and ecg is normal in that case still there could be any blockage? does elevated hscrp level may due to asthma? if there is blockage then why not appearing in eco and ecg? please suggest us. Should we go for blood thinner medicine first or angiography is must.

If TMT positive then better go for angiography specialy if symtomatic. ECG and ECHO can be normal,and cardiac artery may have some lession.

Sir I am 26, male. I have developed epidydimoorchitis 2 years back and is cured. Recently I got intense pain after masturbation and consulted doctor. Scan shows bilateral hydrocele. My urologist put me on antibiotics viz levoflox, chymoral plus and flotral. He is suggesting to masturbate on alternate days to get rid of infection. I am confused as sometimes erection for long is causing the pain. So is it advisable to do masturbation when on antibiotics?(now I am on week 4 of antibiotics but pain is no longer there).

firstly, masturbation is not a contraindication with antibiotics therapy.
Secondly, antibiotics therapy is not required so long (4 weeks of antibiotics is not at all advisable).
Thirdly, use (wear) tight underwear all the time so as to have no pain in testis in future.

this is cervical pain (neck pain) and that's the reason the pain radiates until the shoulder blades. If you keep ice that would help and along side you can do hot water fermentation. You shall use cervical collar which would help you to reduce the radiating pain ie. Due to the nerve compression.
