T-wave inversion is associated with coronary artery disease which may result from myocardial ischemia (ie, unstable angina),I think if you are in doubt you can have a second opinion from some other cardiologist & then decide accordingly.

eales disease is a disease of unknown cause. the investigations done by ur doctor is absolutely fine infact few more investigations are needed but this thing let ur doctor decide. its basically a disease of exclusion and no lab test can tell us that its eales disease. angiography is required to check ur retina status and the damage extent. so dont get worried, ur doctor is going in a right direction, just follow his advice.

I think you are suffering is not due to blockage or secondary to heredity. Go for repeat trans esophageal echocardiography & consult a cardiologist as soon as possible. As lv ef 27 to 30% is not at all good. Take care.

Apart from taking symptomatic treatment take Tablet folvite 5mg once a day for six months and tablet vitamin D3 60000iu once a week for six months

Though you are so young to think for cardiac disease when your all reports are normal, I still think for angiography, my experience is all investigations even normal angio gives actual pathology. Not only that if is negative you will be over sure that you have nothing, otherwise something will prick to your mind.
