Your heart function has reduced from 45 to 36%, and also you have ventricular ectopics, it can either be that you had another heart attack or the stent got block, which has caused heart function to decrease. Also these ectopics indicate that probably you may be intermittently having unstable heart rhythm which explains your giddiness. This is pretty serious, a check angiogram should be done, with a 24 HR holter. Further treatment will be based on the reports of these tests.

At least a week for the price to heal
there's risk of bleeding from the major blood vessel site where catheter was inserted
regarding diet, you should have been given proper instructions
anyway don't get confused by following too rigid charts and calories
vaguely take lots of seasonal vegetables and fruits. lots of water and simple proteins like toned milk and egg a day. daal roti chawal subji and little salt and no bad fats like saturated fats. take little oil of seedy type...more

It means you have a false positive TMT, which happens occasionally. It is good that your angiogram is normal, so continue eating healthy, do brisk walking for 40-45 mins daily and avoid smoking and drinking. And in future instead of TMT please get a stress echo done because your TMT will always come false positive.
