You can take milk, tofu,yoghurt, green veggies like spinach, okra,broccoli, chia seeds, almonds,soyabean, pulses along with all this you can start homeopathic medicines for better results. And also you should take around 1000 mg of calcium per day along with this get checked your vitamin d level too.

The bilirubin level 2 is increased but not so severe as to cause any issues. You have to keep observation by taking care to avoid further injuries. However, if there are no other injuries there is no harm to be worried

Balanced diet is best option for providing nutrients to the body. But if diet falls short you can take supplements but they are not better option always. In diet you can include dairy products - cheese, milk, dahi; dark green leafy vegetables - palak, broccoli; cereals; soy products; fruit juices. Hi lybrate-user, hope you are doing well, glucose 6 phospate is an enzyme which prevents oxidative stress in the body deficiency of which causes the rbcs to hemolyse which inturn causes direct billirubin to go high. Chronic high lft may be due to hemolysis. Management includes to avoid foods which cause oxidative stress like red wine, all legumes, blueberries, soya products and certain drugs like sulfa drugs, quinolones, quinine. If it is stil persisting you can consult a hematologist.
