Yes angina means that blood supply to heart is not proper, and there is critical narrowing in coronary arteries. She sshould be started on medications klike betablocker, amlodipine,noitrate, asprin and stain and 2d echo and tread mill tests should be done.
Angina is a prior stage it can lead to heart attack in future.

-You should try to reduce your weight by diet & execise
-if the pain happens repeatedly after climbing stairs then it may be angina, so reduce or avoid climbing & see if there is relief
