take more curd and buttermilk

avoid heavy meal
avoid alcohol if you are taking

Mr. lybrate-user. Sompraz is effective, but ulcer if treatable with medicine 2 -3 weeks course is enough. If more than this duration use is required without relief, then better get upper gi endoscopy.
