You probably have developed perianal fistula. Get examined by a surgeon to assess the urgent need for the drainage. In case it dries out MRI of the region may help to assess the tracks and their locations vis a vis anal as sphincter. High fistula may need Seton insertion while low fistula may require surgery.

molar tooth is not extracted for braces. It's premolar tooth which is of least importance. And removing teeth vary from case to case. It's not compulsory. Need to seek advice from orthodontist.

Dear Lybrate user,
due to long time use of tobacco, there is develop a disease condition known as "Oral Sub Mucous Fibrosis" in this disease mouth opening reduces with increase of time.
Treatment:- you should quite tobacco i.e. Pan, gutkha, bidi, cigfate etc. Maintain oral hygiene. Avoid spicy food. Contact to dentist for treatment of OSMF and increase your mouth opening also.
