Haemoglobin level maintenance is important because this is the only agent which takes oxygen to all tissues for their life sustenance. You are are not experiencing any difficulty because your body is able to manage with low level of oxygen because of young age. There are several factors that affect the hemoglobin levels in the body. These include- 1) red blood cells and white blood cells are produced inside your bone marrow. Hi,
probably you might be having low hb due to iron difficiency, for which iron- folate tab can be taken once a day, after food.
Try to find cause of other reasons behind your low hb also by relavent tests.
Take iron rich diet like green vegetables, gram, jaggery, fruits, beetroot etc.
