I have diagnosed with acute on chronic calcific pancreatitis in 2013 april. Gastroenterologist prescribed panlipase capsule twice a day. But I take this capsule on every 3rd day i.e. After 72 hours of previous dose. I felt sleepy, more hunger, foul smell in urine and stools on the day I take. I completely want to stop this capsule. ● which are the necessary steps I should consider before stopping this capsule?● which tests should be done which can indicate that I have no need to take pancreatic enzymes?● sometimes I felt all this happened to me is because of improper breathing. I always felt breathing issues in my nasal and throat region. Could this be a obstruction in digestive system? Please advice me. Thanks and regards.

Because of the erratic treatment schedule, lot of fat and fat soluble vitamins pass in stools. So its always recommended to take this capsule for digestion and absorption of food. You have to take this with each meal. There is no feature suggestive of any kind of obstruction. You can opt for stool for fat globules (quantitative).

I am a patient of pkd (polycystic kidney disease) when I do a test in month in february the creatinine level was 0.9 mg/dl, and uric acid was 5.6 mg, and another report was normal, now I work in abroad and my problems start before one and a half month, I feel bulky and tightness in my kidney sides and from last one week when I wake up I feel swallow in my finger and palms and feeling an all-day burning sensation on palms and feet palms, the swallowing will go after some hours but next morning again I feel same, today I saw swelling on my biceps also, I feel all day tinnitus in my ear, the blood pressure is normal and the flow of urine is normal if there is any good neurologist is available for suggesting me medicines I am thankful for him, recently I am in abroad and due to the pandemic situation I can not visit in labs or to the doctors, kindly advise me some medicines.

Actually I am suffering form chronic pancreatitis from last 10 years due to which I am suffering from diabetes from last 5 years now my blood sugar fasting is around 150-160 I am taking glycomet gp2 2 tablets daily pls suggest any treatment to bring it 100-120 levels it could be home remedies, homeopathic, ayurveda or naturopathy I want to leave as much medicine I can.

You can stop these medicines and please take tab triglimiprex 2 dose of 1/2 tab b. I. D, and cap pregabanyl 1 cap at bed time in night, after some days you can enjoy all types of food. Tablets not eat please in empty stomach.

And vaymaida 50 mg mor and 1\2 tab in the evening at night rosuvas cv20 tab. My ef at the discharge from hospital was 38% now on my last checkup it was 32% and my bp 110\70 or after taking vaymaida my bp goes to90\60 or 100\65 .kindly suggest me weather this treatment is good and my ef will increase in future.

I'm 23 year old I did my usg for medical then I found that simple cyst in renal cortex area in rt kidney of measuring 4.13 cm. And size of rt kidney is 8.7×3.86 cm, then for further clarification on this I did ct scan and I found that right kidney appears hypoplastic with parenchymal atrophy and shows multiple cyst largest measuring approx 4×3 cm. And right kidney size show 4.7× 2.3 cm. Please give me suggestion on this and is this a issue?

Can a lipase level go from critically high (194 with a range of 7-60) to well within normal range in 24 hours (er value today was 271 with a range 93-393)? Normal ct without contrast as well. Going to gp tomorrow and getting lab repeated, but was curious.

Nicardia xl is one of the good drugs for bp control.
She is already on 3 bp medications. Bp control has a very important role in delaying the progress of the kidney disease. The only issue is nicardia xl is usually prescribed once a day dosage and needs careful bp monitoring if high doses are given.
