Rash is characteristic of chickenpox. And usually main feature leading to diagnosis.
Only other way to diagnosis is a case of fever and get tested in laboratory.

It will be better if you avoid completely. But even if you loose your discipline you should eat a very minimal amount, that too once or twice a month.
For strength you can do some physical exercise and eat nutrient rich foods like chicken and eggs or paneer, tofu etc if you are veg. You should also take few pieces of dry fruits daily for energy.

To treat chockenpox, main treatment is acyclovir tab
to prevent scar marks

Follow this 1. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc.
