Hello user, as a surgeon also, I would recommend you adopt lifestyle changes like eating high fiber food and try not to strain too much, use sitz bath thrice in a day (sit in warm water for 15 min) use these for three weeks, and if symptoms persist then you can go for surgery, hope you get well soon.
