Hi v lybrate-user,
please understand that anal fissures are result of our straining habit or constipation. If we can control these two things, then most of the ano rectal disorders are taken care of. For your problem, kindly apply ointments like fidonal two times daily, most importantly before going for passing stool, and also at bedtime. Sitting in warm water (hot sitz bath) is always helpful. thank you for reaching out to Lybrate. Sitz bath will help keep the wound clean. Anobliss cream will help relieve pain and keep the anal sphincter relaxed. Both these help with fissure wound healing. You also need sitz bath, sit in warm water tub with betadine solution for 15 min 3 times a day, use stool softener like syrup cremaffin at night 15 ml and adjust dose so you have soft stool and ek r have to strain. This will surely help.
