First of all; Anal Fistula can not be treated by oral medication only. These can only give temporary relief in symptoms. Anal Fistula seldom tend to convert in cancer or crohn's disease; but will go deeper and develop branching pattern. Usually surgery is advised to treat this problem but it is not a good choice for the reason of recurrence of fistula after surgery and other complications like stool incontinence (inability to hold stool) etc. How ever this problem can be completely treated by Gr...more

no, there is currently no approved test for hpv in men. Routine testing (also called 'screening') to check for hpv or hpv-related disease before there are signs or symptom, is not recommended by the cdc for anal, penile, or throat cancers in men.
