Your problem looks like fissure in ano or anal piles or both. Physical examination by a general surgeon will confirm the diagnosis. The general measures I would suggest are 1. Take lot of vegetables & fruits in your diet
2. Avoid chillies & spices
3. Take lot of fluids
4. Avoid constipation

high fibre diet
plenty of fluids Green leafy vegetables apply lox cream 5%thrice a day
have syrup lactulose 15 ml thrice a day
isapgol powder 3tsf thrice a day with milk
do this for 10 days then get back to me.
