Anus is rich in bacteria. Anal sex can transmit infection, sexually transmitted diseases like syphilis, gonorrhoea, hiv, hepatitis b &c, hpv infection. It can cause anal warts, anal tear, weakness of anal sphincter, incontinence of stool.

Hi, I feel this is Fissure (A cut in anal canal because of hard constipated stool)
Take Syrup Cremaffin Plus 30 ml ate night after dinner to soften the stool
Apply Diltigesic 2% ointment 3-4 times at the affected area after passing stool.
Take plenty of water and salads in each meal.

Respected lybrate-user hi avoid to go for hard stools by taking more liquids, green leafy vegetables, fiber contents, fruits, curd. Avoid all oily spicy stuffs totally. Avoid amoking if doing. Sit for sitz bath in tub filled with mixture of hot & cold water for 10-10 min mor & evening. Liquid cremaffin plus 3 teaspoonful at night for 5 days.
