Dear user. Don't panic. Anal sex can also cause a tear, which can bleed. Anal injuries can also be caused by sexual activity involving insertion of objects, fingers or a penis through the anus and into the rectum. Friction, sharp edges, or rough behaviour can tear the sensitive skin and lining of the rectum, causing pain, inflammation and bleeding. This could clear in two days. Take care.

A change in diet can help keep the stools regular and soft. Eat more fiber, such as fruit and vegetables, or switching your cereal breakfast to bran. Water is the best drink, so increase water consumption. And avoid caffeine. Losing weight may help reduce the incidence and severity of constipation and the bloody stool. For differentiating the disease the exact diagnosis is to be made and then homeopathic treatment should be started then. For more advice, consult me.

You are suffering from hemorrhoids. Thats the most common cause for bleeding while passing stools. However you need to see a doctor for the same to confirm it's nothing else. Hemorrhoids do not pain, anal fissure is associated with pain.
